This paper invites us to consider culture and civilization as a response to the contemporary crisis of the meaning of work, drawing attention to certain contemporary entrepreneurial experiences. Starting from the analysis of Adriano Olivetti’s humanism as an example of the profound interaction between work, culture, and civilization, we seek to highlight the anticipation of some important questions relating to the relationship between ethics and business today. The analysis then focuses on the relationship between the world of art and that of the company, in particular on artistic interventions in the company, in order to value their possible ethical impact, by advancing the hypothesis that we can speak of a "possible posterity" of the entrepreneurial experiment initiated by Adriano Olivetti.
