Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : Based on case studies of legal frameworks relating to three types of cooperation and to different transition and sustainable development issues (low-carbon label, fair remuneration for farmers, territorial food projects), this article aims to understand the nature of the stakeholders targeted by lawmakers, that of the legal instruments chosen to set the transition in motion, and the nature of the cooperation resulting from the stakeholders involved and the legal instruments at their disposal. The article shows that a new form of multi-stakeholder and multi-level governance of agriculture is emerging or being strengthened thanks to recent economic, social, and environmental transition measures.
