A psychoanalyst practising in a socio-educational institution, occupies either an expert-position, or a consultant-position. In the first case, he works on behalf of the institution, his real client. To forget this reality means entering in Syndrome of Judas, betraying the user. In the second case, the psychoanalyst has created a situation of confidentiality and voluntary participation. At least, he believes that, because the bond of subordination which unites this psychoanalyst to his employer spoils deeply the authenticity of the user’s words. Beyond the conditions and the context of the therapy, the writer questions the working-out model. This model leads to a real double bind, coming in the opposite of the essence of psychoanalysis, inasmuch as the working-out processus is employed for another one.
