Type de matériel :

Pierre Legendre is a professor of law whose work, as abundant as it is complex, has not been adequately summarized. This article aims, thus, to display the principles of this rich vein of thought that does not consider law in its technical aspects, but in terms of its anthropological significance stemming from the Gregorian reform. The author explains the main concepts of dogmatic anthropology: reference, institution, and genealogy. The conclusion focuses on three points: the artificial character of Legendre’s thought its link to the controversy of secularization and its relation to Greek philosophy.
