Tribute to Henri Leclerc (1934-2024)

The debates were opened by Christophe Soulard, First President of the Court of Cassation, and Rémy Heitz, Attorney General. Their remarks, as well as the exchanges during this session, are available on the website of the Court of Cassation. The debates were moderated by Jean-Paul Jean, Honorary Chamber President at the Court of Cassation and Vice-President of the AFHJ, with the presentation of excerpts from Henri Leclerc’s interventions, including his conclusion at the symposium at the Court of Cassation dedicated to the rehabilitation of Jules Durand and his plea for the Human Rights League (LDH), civil party in the trial of Paul Touvier.
