This paper aims to study implication of social life in therapeutic institution throught the Jean Oury’s concept of Collective. We will bring forward a reflexion and implementation of a community meeting in a CATTP in psychiatry. First of all, we will focus on the word of community which belongs to the thinking of Community Mental Helath after this, we go through institutional psychotherapy and its tools of daily clinical practice to treat psychotic patients. We will build on clinical basis collected during community meeting so that to enhance the purpose of Collective such as heterogeneity and empowerment. We will explore the way diacritic function and decision function reestablish social link. The foregoing distinction between clinical aspects through group event enables a collective decision which operates as a cutting interpretation.
