This article presents the work of a clinical psychologist who was assigned several years ago by an adult public psychiatry service to a local youth mission. It discusses the possibilities of network-based work, highlighting its interests and objectives, particularly when analytically oriented psychotherapy is feasible. It also addresses the potential pitfalls, illustrated by two clinical vignettes. It appears that, when conditions are met, the psychologist can find themselves in the position of a malleable medium object.
