Through the analysis of a couple’s therapy, the article shows how powerful the resonance between these spaces is and how the unconscious risks incurred by each person in distinguishing themselves are intertwined. From this confrontation with the infantile emerged a revival of the sibling bond. The therapist’s acceptance of bodily sensations below the level of language provided a gateway to these instinctual emotions.
