Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : There is a real Freudian anthropology that can be extended to the relationship between, on the one hand, the psychic and psychosomatic economy and, on the other, neoliberal financial capitalism and what it engenders in terms of anxiety and psychic insecurity. The neo-liberal financial economy functions in the mode of a second topical, so important in ‘non-neurotic’ subjects, which includes borderline, behavioural neurotic and psychosomatic subjects in whom the economy escapes the mental apparatus. The financial flows promoted by globalisation and developed by a neo-liberalism that subverts and undermines all public power have given rise to a ‘liquid society’ far removed from the solidity of an industrial capitalist world which, with its safeguards, its customs and exchange ‘barriers’, had all the neurotic trappings of the first topic and its barriers between Ucs/Pcs and Pcs/Cs.
