We express this double reworking using the expression “the Parliament of things.” The Parliament of things is not the invention of a visionary to be imposed by fire and the sword against the existing state of things, it “only” takes into account what already exists among us (the hybrids, which have now grown too numerous to be accommodated by the authorities of purification: science and politics). It is about officially expressing what already exist informally, within an arena where all representatives are gathered, whatever the origin of the represented.
