Due to the emergence and prosperity of the parallel market for cultural products, legal actors maintain collusive relationships with illegal actors that this article attempts to highlight. The article also shows how the cultural industries sector in Cameroon is based on its destructuring. The inorganization and the cunning that characterize various segments of social life and the governance of the state are daily transformed into opportunities by actors in a situation of survival. The articulation between socio-economic, communicational and political approaches makes it possible to situate cultural industries between market logic, cultural, social and political mediation. The activities of (re)production and commercialization of cultural products are here akin to forms of social and political resistance.
