Cet article s’appuie sur l’analyse clinique d’une situation institutionnelle à partir de laquelle l’auteur montre le lien originaire de l’identité avec le jugement d’attribution. Il confronte le travail d’identification avec la construction de l’identité en logique formelle. Il fait apparaître les liens entre identité et vérité, et comment l’affirmation identitaire tend vers une tautologie qui a pour but d’effacer la conflictualité psychique mais qui a aussi une fonction de délimitation psychique. Cette tautologie, selon l’auteur, révèle la persistance silencieuse de l’identité de perception dans le lien du sujet à l’autre et plus d’un autre. À partir de ces hypothèses, l’auteur réexamine la clinique de deux textes de J. Lacan : le complexe de l’intrusion et le stade du miroir. Il montre comment l’intrus a une fonction structurante en permettant au sujet de lui destiner ses pulsions, en particulier les avatars de la pulsion de mort, et de les métaboliser dans un rapport à l’Autre et plus d’un autre. L’échec de ce travail entraîne les sujets états-limites dans un processus de vengeance généralisée.

This article draws on the clinical analysis of an institutional situation in the light of which the author shows the originary link between identity and the judgement of attribution. He contrasts the work of identification with the construction of identity in formal logic. He reveals the links between identity and truth and shows how the affirmation of identity not only tends towards a tautology whose aim is to erase psychic conflictuality but also has a function of psychic delimitation. According to the author, this tautology, reveals the silent persistence of perceptual identity in the subjects’ relation with the other and with more than one other. On the basis of these hypotheses, the author reexamines the clinical material of two of Lacan’s texts : the intrusion complex and the mirror stage. He shows how the intruder has a structuring function by permitting the subject to direct his/her drives at him, in particular the avatars of the death drive, and to metabolise them in a relation to the Other and more than one other. The failure of this work leads borderline subjects into a process of generalised vengeance.

Este artículo se apoya en el análisis clínico de una situación institucional a partir de la cual el autor muestra el vinculo originario de la identidad con juicio de atribución. Enfrenta el trabajo de identificación con la construcción de la identidad en lógica formal. Pone de manifiesto los vínculos entre identidad y verdad, y cómo la afirmación identitaria tiende hacia una tautología cuya meta es borrar la conflictividad psíquica pero que también cumple una función de delimitación psíquica.Esta tautología, según el autor, revela la persistencia silenciosa de la identidad de percepción dentro del vinculo del sujeto con el otro y más de uno. Muestra cómo el intruso cumple una función que estructura al permitir al sujeto destinarle sus impulsiones, en particular los avatares de la impulsión de muerte, y de metabolizarles en un vinculo al otro y más de otro.
