Cet article rend compte de l’importance, dans une institution, du passage par le travail psychique groupal afin de penser la question du soin. Nous développerons les effets de ce dispositif auprès d’une population de jeunes mères accueillies dans un service d’accueil maternel. Nous étudierons comment les fonctions de l’émissaire représentant du travail des liens psychiques qui structurent l’appareillage psychique de l’équipe éducative, constitue un maillon essentiel à ce dispositif de soin. Nous prendrons l’exemple du lien épistolaire qui se crée entre la patiente et le psychothérapeute lorsque la lettre du psychothérapeute est portée par un éducateur émissaire de cette fonction, auprès de la patiente. Cet émissaire participe à la construction d’un lieu et d’un lien susceptibles de faire trace et fonde pour une large part l’efficacité thérapeutique du travail psychothérapique. Dès lors l’ouverture de cet espace périphérique, grâce au soutien de l’appareillage groupal, va constituer un espace à partir duquel le transfert sur le lien va opérer.

This article accounts for the importance in an institution of doing group psychic work in order to think about the question of treatment. I will discuss the effects of this setting for a population of young mothers seen in a reception centre for mothers. We will see how the functions of the emissary who is the representative of the work on the psychic links that structure the psychic apparatus of the educative team constitutes an essential link in this treatment setting. I will take the example of the epistolary relationship that is created between the patient and the psychotherapist when the psychotherapist’s letter is brought to the patient by an educator who is an emissary of this function. This emissary takes part in the construction of a place and a link capable of leaving a trace and to a large extent founds the therapeutic efficacy of the psychotherapeutic work. The opening up of this peripheral space, thanks to the support of the group apparatus, will constitute a space from which the transference onto the link will occur.

Este artículo expone la importancia en una institución del paso por el trabajo psíquico grupal a fin de pensar la problemática del tratamiento. Desarrollaremos los efectos de este dispositivo con una población de madres jóvenes acogidas en un servicio social maternal. Estudiaremos cómo las funciones del emisario representante del trabajo de los vínculos psíquicos que estructuran el aparato psíquico del equipo educativo constituyen un eslabón esencial de la terapia (del dispositivo terapéutico). Consideraremos el ejemplo del vínculo epistolar que se crea entre la paciente y el psicoterapeuta cuando la carta del psicoterapeuta es transportada a la paciente por un educador emisario. Este emisario participa a la construcción de un vínculo susceptible de dejar huella y aprovechar en gran parte la eficacidad terapéutica del trabajo psicoterapéutico. Por tanto la apertura de este espacio periférico gracias al aparato grupal, va a constituir un nuevo espacio desde el cual la transferencia sobre el vínculo va a operar.
