RésuméLa défaite de l’architecturalité apparaît dévoiler un dehors, non pas antériorité du procès architectural mais envers : le réel comme l’inhabitable. Il s’agit alors de saisir ce moment négatif de l’architecturalité en explorant des récits (Borges, Blanchot) ou projets (Perec) où pointe le réel qui se dévoile et s’éclipse dans l’instant de la limite ; façon d’envisager ce réel comme centre et bord de l’habiter.

The undoing of what has been called « architecturality », appears ro unveil an outside, not the « before » of the architectural process but the other or under side : the real as the uninhabitable. We will attempt to grasp this negative moment of the architectural by exploring the writings of Borges and Blanchot or the projects of Perec where the real appears ; it reveals and eclipses itself in the instant of the limit ; a way of envisaging the real as centre and edge of living space.
