Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2025. Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : Since 2021, the digital platform “Interregional E-Meeting for Complex Cases in Oncofertility” has enabled health care professionals specialized in oncofertility to discuss complex clinical cases at the national level. This platform aims to enhance interregional collaboration and clinical decision-making in cases where medical guidelines are lacking or unclear. Over a four-year period, 105 cases were submitted from 12 different French regions. Among these, 95% involved female patients, with a mean age of 29.2 years. The most frequent conditions were gynecological cancers, hematologic malignancies, and sarcomas. This platform provides an innovative and collaborative communication network for organizing medical expertise, ensuring greater territorial equity and promoting the gradual harmonization of oncofertility practices. It is part of a broader effort to organize care in the field of oncofertility.
