RésuméDe nombreux psychosociologues témoignent de l’actualité de Guy Palmade, pionnier en France de l’usage des sciences humaines dans l’entreprise, qui aura contribué aussi bien à construire une culture commune pour le service public de l’électricité et du gaz, qu’à concevoir des apports conceptuels majeurs et des méthodologies heuristiques pour la psychosociologie. Ceci était possible dans un contexte où l’autorité intellectuelle, la dimension d’auteur étaient reconnues comme vitales en tant que sources d’amélioration de l’entreprise. Le travail des consultants des années 2000 est plus complexe, le contexte gestionnaire n’autorisant plus la même liberté de penser ni, a fortiori, les mêmes régulations.

Many psychosociologists show a strong interest for the thought of Guy Palmade which is still with us. Pioneer of the use of human sciences in public corporations, he contributed to build a common culture for the staff of the electricity utility, as to offer major contributions to the concepts of psychosociology and its methodology.
