L’événement est ce qui provoque une rupture dans l’intelligibilité, en ce sens il nous bouscule en bousculant notre façon d’apprendre, qui n’est pas indépendante de ce que nous vivons, à titre individuel comme à titre collectif. En 2003, en Pologne, une recherche sur ce thème a été amorcée, qui s’est étendue à quatorze pays répartis sur les cinq continents. S’appuyant sur un court questionnaire et recueillant des témoignages, elle a interrogé ce qui nous marque et nous (dé)forme dans la vie, dans notre vie, en lien avec ce qui se passe en nous comme autour de nous, du plus proche au plus lointain, dans l’espace comme dans le temps. En ont été tirés des enseignements pour la compréhension du processus d’apprentissage et de formation en lien avec les conditions de vie.

The event is what provokes a break in the comprehensibility, by this way it pushes aside us by pushing aside our way of knowing, which is not independent from what we live, individually as collectively. In 2003 during a journey in Poland, we opened a research on this theme, which has later opened its area in 14 countries distributed on the 5 continents. With a short questionnaire and collecting interviews we have questioned, around the world and generations, what marks us and transforms our life and construction of knowledge, in connection with distance or time from our position to the event. We have progressed, from this research, in the understanding of the process of learning and formation, according to the ways of life.
