Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2022. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : The present research focuses on the crucial issue of identifying the success factors of international development projects (ID projects) and examines intercultural sensitivity (IS) and the professional status of ID project coordinators to explain the success of these projects. The results obtained from the processing of data collected by questionnaire from 104 ID project coordinators show that IS has a positive and significant influence on the success of ID projects. However, the professional status of the project coordinator does not influence the success of international development projects. These results contribute to the project management literature, as they examine the relationships between intercultural factors, coordinator characteristics, and project management in the specific field of ID projects.
