Cet article cherche à identifier les déterminants des besoins exprimés par les associations suite à la crise de la Covid-19. Sur la base d’une large enquête qui constitue un baromètre précis des besoins des organisations, les dimensions de la viabilité des associations sont explorées. Les besoins financiers, sociaux et organisationnels exprimés par les associations émergent suite à une combinaison précise des impacts (opérationnels, économiques et sociaux) de la Covid-19. Cet article permet ainsi de comprendre l’impact de la crise, la manière dont les associations y répondent et met en évidence les opportunités managériales que les associations peuvent saisir pour mieux se préparer à d’autres crises. Les résultats soulignent les rôles socio-économiques des associations ainsi que leur fragilité et appellent à la mise en place de solutions différenciées pour ces organisations et à un renforcement des partenariats.

This article seeks to identify the determinants of the needs expressed by nonprofit organizations (NPOs) during the Covid-19 crisis. Based on a broad survey that constitutes an accurate barometer of organizational needs, the various dimensions of an NPOs’ viability are explored. The financial, social, and organizational needs expressed by NPOs emerge as a result of a precise combination of the operational, economic, and social impacts of Covid-19. This article thus provides an understanding of the impact of the crisis, how NPOs are responding to it, and highlights the managerial opportunities that NPOs can seize to better prepare for future crises. The results underline the socioeconomic roles of NPOs as well as their fragility and call for the implementation of differentiated solutions for these organizations and a strengthening of partnerships.
