We live in the era of contracts. Economic and financial mechanisms, managerial logics, the management of people and projects, and the quest for performance are today all subject to contractualization. In the same way, contracts condition our social, socio-medical, and health sectors. If the very etymology of commitment summons a notion of contract, what type of contract would it be? We explore this question from aesthetic, ethical, and political perspectives.
