Partly based on the author’s experiences, this article focuses on the difficulties she faces despite her democratic claims. These difficulties lead to questions about her renewal and feed into managerial speeches that intend to bring great strategies. But these discourses also reveal a “new associative spirit” in which flexible organizations emerge and can carry out several projects simultaneously, continually adapting to changing environments.
