In the past fifteen years, the stakes regarding the analysis of professional practices have been transformed from within and have diversified its theoretical framework. Social or educational action no longer seems to be understood through an axiological frame of values, but the professional teams seem to want to make a commitment as part of a comprehensive approach. This change in the way of relating to work, perceptible within the APP sessions, could be indicative of a process of professionalization at the level of the medical and social sector. An approach that was at first forced to reduce costs by the State, the change seemed to have taken on a cultural dimension, followed by a political one in the shape of reform to social work qualifications.
