While it is easy to talk about user knowledge or knowledge gained from experience to describe the knowledge, abilities, and skills of users of social and medico-social establishments and services, the notion of user expertise is more difficult to employ, and is even often criticized. However, the latter demonstrates the operationalities of this knowledge that we intend to unveil.
