Work activity: The forgotten dimension of inclusion

The objective of this theoretical article is to analyze the main approaches to work inclusion. First, we will see how work inclusion has mainly been approached from an individual approach. Then, we will present more recent work on its organizational dimension. Finally, we will note the absence of research linking inclusion and work activity, a finding that is at the basis of future research perspectives for management science.
