Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas are a diverse group of T-cell neoplasms, characterized by initial infiltration of the skin, and sometimes extension to the lymph nodes, blood, and internal organs. Sézary syndrome is an erythrodermic form distinguished by the significant presence of circulating peripheral blood tumor cells.
