Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2020. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : While the topic of international student mobility has been widely discussed over the last few years by different public bodies and has led to many academic studies in France, staff mobility has been seldom considered. In this article, we will examine staff mobility as part of Erasmus + and the Erasmus + REALISE strategic partnership coordinated by the Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 since 2017. However, we cannot carry out a study on all higher education institutions because they are structurally different. Therefore, we will focus on the Université de Lorraine. In terms of our method, we will base our study on a survey and semi-structured qualitative interviews with institutional and operational stakeholders involved in helping to promote mobility.
