Digital combat: A strategic revolution for thought patterns?
Type de matériel :
53
Digital combat urgently raises the question of our ways of thinking. It requires an awareness of the diversity of network logics, and a genuine revolution in our thought patterns, in order to understand the patterns of others. This is one of the key issues of strategic anticipation. Cyberspace’s rationale needs a more complex approach than the one inherited for the physical space from Aristotle’s physics, Euclid’s geometry or Newton’s mechanics. Defensive or offensive digital combat can no longer afford to remain oblivious of quantum computing and quantum encryption for example. In this cyberworld, it is therefore necessary to understand other thought patterns in order to efficiently anticipate the actions of our adversaries and to constantly stay one step ahead.
