Par : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2019. Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : The ideas developed in this article highlight the factors necessary for the promotion of tourism by considering the revitalization of traditional and artisanal activities of ancestral heritage in the perspective of sustainable territorial development in Algeria in general, through case studies of the setting in tourism of the heritage of village areas in Kabylia in particular. Observations of public policy failures in the tourism sector in Algeria highlight the deficiencies to be overcome by the new guidelines advocated over the last decade, by offering facilities and bonuses in order to attract the maximum number of foreign and domestic investors. Tourism is perceived as a real vector of territorial development. With the involvement and dynamization of actors from civil society organizations and local communities, it is a question of ensuring the sustainability of territorial resources that are undergoing abusive degradation. Two case studies are presented through the ghost village of Ath El Kaid (Tizi Ouzou) and the village of Djoua (Bejaia). They illustrate the compelling necessity of the involvement of local village communities in sustainable tourism projects based on the tourism potential of the territories of the different regions of Algeria.
