This article looks back at the previous ninety-nine issues of the academic journal Management & Avenir. We identify invariants that have enabled more than 1300 academic articles to be published, but also developments that have ensured the journal’s sustainability. By conducting a retrospective analysis, this article defines the key concepts of management and the future. Our study is based on a thematic and processual analysis of academic articles published in Management & Avenir.
