The use of a multi-sectoral equilibrium framework is essential in identifying leading effects by means of multipliers. Special emphasis is devoted to the labor flexibility effect in Tunisian export manufacturing, taking into consideration workers' qualifications. A contraction in labor multipliers is connected to an increasing share of jobs requiring only low qualifications.
