Cultural issues in diversity management in multinationals in the Netherlands and Morocco

Thirty-five in-depth, semi-structured interviews with HR managers were conducted and analyzed by the use of content analysis. The findings suggest that attitudes toward diversity are changing and that culture plays an important role in this. The findings stress the importance of tradition in the Moroccan context.
