In a socio-economic context impacted by the COVID (2020) pandemic, companies are looking for innovative Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. Faced with these new demands and in the absence of relevant response frameworks, Business Schools find themselves in a paradoxical situation determined by new structural risks, not only economic but also academic. Indeed, they must find solutions allowing them to continue their activities in the training of future managers, in particular with a holistic pedagogical approach integrating a “portfolio of soft skills” essential to meet the new needs of companies.
