Repeated implantation failure is a therapeutic challenge in the field of medically assisted reproduction (MAR). To help solve this, endometrial receptivity tests, whose external and internal validity remains a subject of debate, have been developed. However, the origin of these failures is often not endometrial, but instead related to embryonic euploidy status and female age. We therefore need to define a threshold for the cumulative chances of implantation, so that we can manage each couple individually, during a dedicated consultation, and decide whether to continue with attempted transfers or carry out additional tests, while respecting the recommendations.
