Simulation of Diplomatic Negotiations, Pedagogical Immersion, and Skills Development

This article outlines the conditions under which a seminar intended to train students in negotiation was designed. The results obtained are presented in terms of a twofold challenge, namely to retain an anthropological aspect while conveying key concepts in a flexible environment. A feedback loop allowed the results obtained to feed back into the simulation, thus contributing to the improvement of these seminars and to the development of the mediation and negotiation skills of the participants.
