After a theoretical introduction covering the leading studies on the language analysis of schizophrenics when taking the Rorschach test, this paper demonstrates the difficulties of context analysis and communication analysis in schizophrenia by showing certain characteristics as they are understood in cognitive psychopathology. The second part of this paper deals with troubles in the thought process in preschizophrenics. In conclusion, this paper suggests that thought process disorders in schizophrenics and preschizophrenics are differentiated according to their amplitude, not their nature, which supports the notion of a common schizophrenic core.
