Based on this historical investigation, the idea is to specify the framework and the processes at work in clinical practice with therapeutic mediations. The historical itinerary will be articulated most particularly around the interaction between psychoanalysis and artistic creation in Freud's work, around the Winnicottian theory of transitionality and the history of artistic mediations in the psychoanalytical psychotherapy of children and in psychosis.
