Par : Contributeur(s) : Type de matériel : TexteTexteLangue : français Détails de publication : 2023. Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : The main objective of this study was to optimize and analyze the bioactive substances in a functional tea prepared from Ficus carica L. leaves according to the traditional practices of the population in the Kabylia regions (Tipaza and Tizi-Ouzou). The optimal extraction conditions for total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), tannin content (TC), and total chlorophyll content (TCC) were determined using the response surface methodology (RSM). The key results show that the optimal extraction conditions were 18.36 minutes at 41.15 °C with a particle size of 52.27 μm. Additional therapeutic effects need to be explored and validated. The prepared tea is characterized by a high TPC value of approximately 203.713 g GAE/100 g d.w.
