Discuss and Transform Work to Regulate the Addictive Behaviour of Professionals
Type de matériel :

Addictive behaviour is an occupational health issue. In this context, we make two observations. Firstly, the consumption of psychotropic substances is both a contributory cause and symptom of occupational risks to be assessed. Secondly, prevention practices ignore this investigation and focus on a priori improvement of knowledge and behaviour. We defend the idea that the leaders must create the conditions to mobilise their experiential knowledge and those of the employees to understand and improve the interrelations between their work and their uses of medicines, alcohol or drugs. The aim is to organise or reinforce spaces for discussion about work that help to clarify the health strategies, the professional functions of the use psychotropic substances and their regulation in the workplace.
