Perception of the administrative structure and organizational communication as factors of competitiveness

This paper analyzes the factors Administrative Structure and Organizational Communication as part of the organizational climate in a business school in Mexico. It determines main differences by the actors in the Academic Unit of Accounting and Administration at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas. Frequency analysis is used, then a Spearman correlation analysis and comparison of the characteristics of the different factors presented at the end of the analysis. It was identified that the difference in perception of the Administrative Structure factor, a differentiating, factor mainly used for faculty, perceives that this feature has developed processes that impact more at the university.
