Actors’ strategies and prospective approach: Essay of formalization of power mechanisms within the Moroccan tourist sector

The results show a participatory management patented by the Department and representation of professional sector, but also a huge need for transparency, organizational power and dynamism to have a positive impact on the performance of the tourism sector. We completed this work with specific scenarios proposed as development prospects of the Moroccan tourism sector. A comprehensive matrix drawn showing a strategy of each actor depending scenario development.
