The objective of this article is to look for and to test an operational theory of management which would exploit the reduction of psychosocial risk in order to improve the financial health of the company.First of all, by a constant back and forth between observations in the field and theoretical knowledges, we will try to identify a combination of various operational theories whose application would allow to obtain improvement in economic performance by means of the reduction of the psychosocial risks. Then, secondly, we will confront our model with field observations emerging from a clinical research as participant observer within a division of a large company of the defense sector.
