This paper discusses some stands of Kirzner, Hayek and Lachmann, on which the present Austrian theories of the firm and the entrepreneurship are grounded and it emphasizes their limits. Instead of analyzing the coordination problems these authors overemphasize the entrepreneur’s ability to coordinate.
