The human factor is the wealth of a nation, and the relationship between training and the occupation that it prepares trainees for is at the heart of training policy. It means that the structure of the educational system in question is an important consideration. Certain parameters influence career paths, such as the nature of the training, participants’ experience, aspirations, age, and level of training, and the state of the labor market. Training systems play an integral role in transforming employment structures. Education and training should at once withstand and complement these phenomena. It is well known that access to employment has everything to do with initial training. This relationship can be in tension with the skill as implemented in the practice of the profession. There is a shift from an approach oriented around qualification to one more focused on the skill itself. Training provides skills that make participants suitable to occupy a variety of positions. The relationship is a crucial issue for all those involved in economic and social life. Finally, we unsurprisingly find that learning strengthens the link between training and occupation.
