While it is true that the aim of inclusive entrepreneurship policies is to offer the possibility of creating an independent activity to all strata of the population, the situation of women entrepreneurs with disabilities remains a little-explored subject. Therefore, the objective of this research is (i) to identify the activities carried out by those women, (ii) to explore their motivations and obstacles and (iii) to identify their support needs. To do so, after having shown the importance of resilience and identity construction theories, we use a qualitative approach based on fifteen life stories. The results reveal a predominance of informal sector activities guided by extrinsic and intrinsic motivations and underline the primordial role of resilience. They also show the need to support these women financially, strategically, and psychologically.
