A participatory social intervention is being studied to ensure that those affected occupy a rightful place. Based on the ethical principles of the International Association of Schools of Social Work, this practice aims for individual empowerment and social transformation toward an inclusive society. To achieve this, trust and freedom are granted to those involved, along with the weaving of bonds related to adaptation, empowerment, consideration, and facilitation. To position oneself within this participatory social intervention, a participation scale is proposed, which includes a level of non-participation, a level of entry premises into participation, and three levels of actual participation in social intervention. Finally, ethical principle guide this form of social intervention.

L’intervention sociale participative est à l’étude afin d’assurer une juste place pour les personnes concernées. S’appuyant sur les principes éthiques de l’Association Internationale des Écoles de Travail Social, cette pratique vise l’émancipation individuelle et la transformation sociale vers une société inclusive. Dans ce but, on créera un tissage de liens d’adaptation, de capacitation, de considération et de facilitation autour des personnes concernées, libres et dignes de confiance. Afin de se situer dans cette intervention sociale participative, une échelle est dépliée qui présente un niveau de non-participation, un niveau des prémisses d’entrée dans la participation et trois niveaux de participation réelle à l’intervention sociale. Enfin, des principes éthiques encadrent cette forme d’intervention sociale.
