Accroître l’implication et la motivation des étudiants ne peut qu’améliorer l’efficacité du système d’enseignement supérieur et participer à la réalisation de l’objectif de formation de 50 % d’une classe d’âge au niveau Licence. L’exemple marocain montre que le mode d’accès à l’université influe sur la motivation et l’implication des étudiants. Dès lors, la sélection ne doit plus permettre de choisir parmi les candidats les plus impliqués et motivés mais, sous forme d’orientation active, participer à la construction de l’implication et de la motivation chez les étudiants.
