RésuméL’article témoigne d’une expérience de trente ans auprès d’une « jeunesse en danger », Noar Besikoum, rencontrée dans les maisons de jeunes Beit Ham en Israël. L’auteur montre en quoi le contexte social et historique, sur fond de conflit israélo-palestinien, influe sur la manière dont ces jeunes, en particulier les jeunes Israéliens, vivent et traversent l’adolescence.

Living as an adolescent in IsraelThis article bears witness to thirty years work with « at-risk youth », Noar Besikoum, encountered in Beit Ham youth homes in Israel. The author shows how the social and historical context, against the background of Israeli-Palestinian conflict, influences the way these youngsters, particularly Israeli youths, experience and get through adolescence.
