RésuméÀ la suite d’une anorexie post-traumatique sévère, Imane, dix-sept ans, entama une psychothérapie analytique en institution dont les débuts furent chaotiques. Un rêve, dans lequel figurait un fantasme d’ingestion de lait noir maternel, permit d’engager une mutation. Le transfert servit de support à la mise en mouvement et à l’élaboration d’une série complexe d’identifications à l’agresseur.

After a severe post-traumatic anorexia, Imane, aged seventeen, started an analytical psychotherapy in an institution, the beginning of was chaotic. A dream featuring a fantasy of ingestion of maternal black milk helped start a mutation.
