Résumé Cet article propose une analyse du système des conflits qui fait d’une petite mais stratégique partie du territoire congolais un miroir grossissant des problèmes de la transition. Il pose, ce faisant, la question de la reconstruction d’un État congolais confronté à des périphéries troublées.

This article analyses the system of conflicts that has turned a small but strategic part of the Congolese territory into a microcosm of the problems of transition. In the process it raises the question of the reconstruction of a Congolese State dealing with problems prone outlying regions.
