Sont tout d’abord présentés quelques repères dans l’analyse du contexte social contemporain et la façon dont il vient complexifier la construction de l’identité, y compris professionnelle. Puis les caractéristiques d’une écriture de soi dite clinique sont déclinées en soulignant l’intérêt d’une narration subjective d’événements touchant à la sphère professionnelle, ceci dans le but d’améliorer l’élaboration du « soi-professionnel ». Enfin, l’article expose quelques éléments d’un dispositif d’ateliers d’écriture mis en place dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle des enseignant-e-s. L’analyse du discours d’une participante à ces ateliers d’écriture vient consolider l’hypothèse que cette écriture de soi pourrait prendre valeur d’un ancrage subjectif pouvant étayer un processus identitaire.

First are presented some marks in the analysis of the contemporary social context and the way theses marks are complicating the construction of identity, and professional identity. Then the characteristics of a clinical self-writing are introduced. This type of writing is presented by underlining the importance of a subjective story of events about the professional sphere, this aims to the better elaboration of a “ professional-self ”. Finally, the article explains some elements of writing workshops put into play for the professionnal training of the teachers. Then the analysis of one of the participating teacher’s speach comes to reinforce the hypothesis that this self-writing could take the value of a subjective anchoring which can support an identity process.
